V. Michael Santoro has raised three children – two stepsons and a daughter. Additionally, he has over 10 years of experience working with teenagers as a professional educator.

His educational background includes a Masters degree and post-graduate work in Education. He is also certified in Training and Development and has over 18 years of industry experience in the fields of Training, Management, Marketing and Communications.

His work experience includes holding senior positions including Director of Global Education for a high tech company, and has designed and presented courses and seminars internationally.

In addition to his formal education, he has also completed several management training programs including, “The Disney Approach to People Management” and “The Times Mirror Leadership Institute for Managers.”

His article, "How a father became one of his teenage daughter's best friends," appeared in the Tampa Tribune, Auburndale Sun, Hernando Today, Jupiter Courier, Stuart News, Port St. Lucy News, Fort Pierce Tribune, and the Press Journal in Vero Beach.

V. Michael Santoro is also CEO of Visual Media Technologies, Inc. (VMTI, Inc.) a multimedia design and development company.

Jennifer Susan Santoro graduated from East Lake high school and is currently enrolled at Florida State University.

Her high school achievements include being inducted into the National Honor Society; being elected Student Government Treasurer; and a member of the Varsity Cheerleading team. She has also received several other awards for her academic and extracurricular activities.

Additionally, as part of her participation in the Drama Club, Jennifer was inducted into the Thespian Society for her accomplishments in acting, dance and choreography.
